About Us

RL Foster Incorporated is a woman-owned U.S. corporation formed in 2015. The company’s primary focus is technology education and coaching. The company vision is to provide community service through technology.

The company’s CEO, Rachel L. Foster, is a veteran of Corporate America who has worked across multiple vertical industry markets for companies such as Oracle Corporation, Morgan Stanley and AT&T. Prior to founding RL Foster Inc. Ms. Foster worked in the field of software engineering for more than 20 years. Additionally, she previously owned a technology education franchise.

Ms. Foster holds an M.S. degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Michigan State University. She also taught for 2 years as a Software Engineering Instructor at Kennesaw State University.
